What we collect When you use our contact form we collect your name, email, company and message. When you apply for a job we collect your name, email, phone, resume link and cover letter. Our staff portal stores account data for employees only.

How we use it Contact inquiries are used solely to respond to your request. Job applications are used solely for recruitment. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies The public website sets no tracking cookies. The staff portal uses authentication cookies that are strictly necessary for login sessions.

Storage and security Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) in access-controlled databases. Access is limited to authorized staff under role-based permissions.

Retention Inquiries and applications are kept as long as needed to handle them, then deleted on request or per internal schedules.
